At the beginning of October, Albury House Interiors were tasked with a unique and exciting project: creating moss bowls for the prestigious Corinthia Hotel London.
What are moss bowls?
Moss bowls are decorative items that bring a piece of the outdoors, indoors. They are typically made by arranging preserved or dried moss in a bowl or container, creating a lush, green display that requires little to no maintenance.
Materials
To create the moss bowls we have used a premium grade, preserved curly moss, grown and treated in France. We offered the designers a range of moss bowls from our website, however the final style chosen was a chrome hammered finish bowl.
Benefits of moss bowls
Moss bowls offer numerous benefits in interior design. They add a small pop of colour and texture, and create a calming and serene ambience. In a hotel setting, they can enhance the overall guest experience and contribute to a luxurious atmosphere.
